Sunday supper


quorn cutlet (yummy!)
set on cookie sheet

butternut squash
this was easy – frozen chunks, dropped in another baking dish

oven-roasted brussels sprouts
– wash and cut in half
– put in baking dish & stir in a teaspoon of olive oil
– sprinkle with salt (ideally fleur de sel)

425 degree oven, preheated
cook for 12 minutes
turn cutlet, stir vegis
cook for another 10-12 minutes


This one was a failed experiment. The Drink Without A Name is not, in fact, nice with Peppar vodka. I added a splash of grenandine to mellow it out.
