I got this daith piercing in 1994 [if I recall rightly as of 2014] from my then neighbors, Voodoo Therapy (later Pierce/Ink). Michael Sims did the piercing, though if memory serves, the originator Erik Dakota was somehow connected with the team there. (I mostly knew Michael and his partners Cricket Keene and Ken Coyote.)
