  1. I like it, and it seems like it ought to be the name of some hors d’oeurves. Recipe? de-boning chicken wings in order to stuff them with something seems like way too much work, but how about small pita-bread triangles stuffed with cooked diced chicken combined with various flavors — goat cheese and fresh oregano maybe for one; cheddar chunks and fig jam for another; thin slices of apple and raisins for another….
